Live event recording is a different setup from our seated podcast sessions. Before the day, we’ll talk through the stage, audience, access and how the event is mixed.

Venue sound
Where the venue can provide a suitable desk feed, we’ll plan how to use it. We can also discuss capturing the room sound, which helps retain the live atmosphere.
Lighting & access
We review the venue’s existing lighting, load-in arrangements and any limits on equipment or recording before confirming the production plan.
Recording & delivery
We capture the event and agree file handover, editing requirements and timelines with you in advance.
